5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate code and content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all AI-generated content before using it in production environments.

Synthex does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

6. Payment Terms

If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Synthex does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

Synthex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
